Sarmad Khojasteh brings a wealth of knowledge to King & Spalding’s business litigation practice group. He focuses on complex business disputes, including securities and credit-related matters, commercial and contract disputes, and corporate governance issues. David Kupfer is also a valuable addition to the team, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in civil and criminal matters as well as regulatory investigations.
