Johnson Controls recently established a new business unit called Global Data Center Solutions, which is dedicated to providing data center solutions to customers worldwide. The company has been investing in the data center market to solidify its position as a leader and use its set of energy-efficient, sustainable, and safe data center solutions, coupled with their smart building technologies, to meet the increasing demand and drive growth.

As the president of the Global Data Center Solutions business unit, Todd Grabowski reports directly to George Oliver, the CEO of Johnson Controls. In a statement, Oliver mentioned that the company has been investing in the data center market to solidify its position as a leader. With over 30 years of experience with Johnson Controls, Grabowski highlighted the company’s commitment to solving customer problems by providing unique outcomes that data center customers expect from an industry leader like Johnson Controls.

Johnson Controls already offers products that are being utilized in data centers, including the OpenBlue software platform that uses analytics and artificial intelligence to provide operational insights to building managers. As an industry leader in manufacturing fire, HVAC, and security equipment for buildings, Johnson Controls has a global footprint and can deploy solutions wherever they are needed while maintaining long-term connections with customers through exceptional service offerings.

While Johnson Controls is based in Cork, Ireland, its operational headquarters are located in Glendale.
