In a recent ruling, the Jerusalem District Court ordered the sellers of an apartment in Jerusalem to pay buyers 65,000 shekels in compensation. This decision came after it was discovered that the sellers had concealed important information about the parking lot assigned to the building. Judge Moshe Baram partially upheld the sellers’ appeal against a magistrate’s ruling from a year ago, ultimately reducing the compensation amount by half.

Legal proceedings have been ongoing against one of the residents in the building for several years, who took over and fenced off a portion of the common parking lot. The judge found that the sellers had failed to disclose this crucial information to the buyers, which ultimately led to a legal dispute and the need for compensation.
