On Saturday, April 20, the University of Jamestown secured a hard-fought 4-2 victory over Hastings College at the Nelson Family Bubble. The Jimmies took an early lead with a quick start, scoring three runs in the first inning.
Kayla Quintanilla’s single allowed Trinity Gregg to score, giving Jamestown a 1-0 lead. Two more runs in the inning extended their lead to 3-0. By the end of the first inning, the Jimmies had three runs on four hits.
