The Israeli army has issued an evacuation order for specific neighborhoods in Rafah and has provided guidance on designated routes to reach a humanitarian zone. The IDF has published a map outlining the areas included in the evacuation order, with instructions to immediately evacuate certain eastern neighborhoods such as Al-Salam, Al-Jeneina, Tabet Ziraa, and Al-Byouk to the expanded humanitarian area of Al-Mawasi.

The Israeli army is calling for residents in these areas under Hamas control to temporarily evacuate for their safety during a planned offensive in the region. The statement emphasizes that this is a “gradual progression” based on the current situation. The humanitarian zone in the Al-Mawasi and Khan Younis areas includes field hospitals and tent cities for displaced individuals.

According to a report by The Times of Israel, the IDF has distributed leaflets and made phone calls to instruct Palestinians on the evacuation procedures ahead of the planned offensive. Residents are urged to follow these instructions and evacuate immediately to ensure their well-being during the military operation.
