On Sunday, Israel’s air force targeted a vehicle in neighboring Lebanon, killing an important commander of the anti-tank unit of the Shiite militia Hezbollah. The military confirmed this information and stated that the commander had considerable knowledge of anti-tank missiles and was responsible for dozens of attacks on Israeli civilians, communities and security forces.

Meanwhile, Israeli information revealed that there were again rocket attacks from Lebanon on Israeli border towns on Sunday, leaving one soldier injured. The military responded by attacking targets in southern Lebanon. This is just the latest in a series of daily, sometimes deadly, confrontations between Israel’s armed forces and militant groups such as Hezbollah since the beginning of the Gaza war after the massacre by the Islamist Hamas and other extremist groups in Israel on October 7th.

According to reports from Lebanese military circles, an air force plane hit a vehicle in Kunin “in which Ismail Al-Sin was located” who was “eliminated.” The place is around ten kilometers from the border with Israel. However, it could not be independently verified at first if this information is accurate.
