In attendance were the Ministers of Interior and Trade, the Mayor of Baghdad, the General Coordinator for Governorate Affairs, the Deputy Director of the Prime Minister’s Office, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Agriculture, and other officials from various ministries.
The media office of the Iraqi Prime Minister released a statement detailing how al-Sudani was briefed on the extensive effects of the recent rains on service levels and agricultural lands. The purpose of the meeting was to fully understand and assess the damage caused by the rain wave and work towards containing and addressing it effectively.
