Humana, a leading health and wellness company, has entered into an agreement with the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) Health System to provide in-network access to care for all Humana Medicare Advantage members in Alabama. This partnership expands access to quality healthcare for Humana’s Medicare Advantage members in the state.
Matt Berger, President of Humana’s Gulf South Region, expressed his satisfaction with the agreement, highlighting UAB’s reputation for providing exceptional healthcare to its patients. The agreement became effective earlier this year, providing Humana members in Alabama with increased access to UAB Health System facilities.
