HP’s Sustainable Solutions Boost Productivity for Small and Medium-sized Businesses in Spain

Small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) in Spain rely heavily on document printing for their daily operations, according to a report by consulting firm GFK. On average, SMEs and self-employed individuals print 1,100 pages per month, highlighting the importance of productivity and efficiency in printing.

In response to these needs, HP has launched the HP OfficeJet Pro series of printers, which prioritize sustainability while enhancing business productivity. These printers are designed to streamline work processes in both home and office environments, with built-in security features to prevent cyber attacks.

Sustainability is a major concern for many small companies, and HP’s new printers promise reduced cartridge replacement needs, leading to a lower carbon footprint and waste production. The HP Planet Partners program offers a simple recycling system for spent cartridges, aligning with the sustainability goals of businesses.

To further promote sustainability and streamline operations, HP offers the Instant Ink subscription service. This service allows users to receive ink deliveries directly to their business and send back used cartridges for recycling at no extra cost. The subscription service can save up to 70% on ink costs and offers flexible printing plans that can be adjusted or canceled at any time.

The HP OfficeJet Pro printers are designed for businesses that require efficient color printing capabilities, with faster print speeds, two-sided printing/scanning, and additional paper trays. These printers offer up to 25 pages per minute printing speed and support DCI-P3 color quality standards, providing a wider color gamut for more vibrant prints. Integrated cloud solutions and modern interfaces allow users to print, scan
