A recent investigation by The Insider, 60 Minutes, and Der Spiegel has shed light on the mysterious disorder known as “Havana syndrome.” This condition was first reported in 2016 by US embassy staff in Havana and is characterized by symptoms such as dizziness, headache, hearing impairment, and memory loss. The investigation has uncovered evidence linking the use of energy weapons to Russian government personnel.
According to the investigation, senior members of Unit 29155 received awards and promotions for developing “non-lethal acoustic weapons” that use direct energy devices. These weapons are believed to have been used in attacks against US government personnel abroad and their family members. Agents from this unit were geolocated around the world just before or during reports of health incidents.
Greg Edgreen, a retired Army lieutenant colonel who led the Pentagon’s investigation into the syndrome, stated that from the beginning, the focus was on Moscow. However, a 2023 government report deemed it “very unlikely” that a foreign adversary was behind the brain injuries suffered by US national security officials. Despite this report, over 100 Americans continue to exhibit symptoms that scientists believe could be linked to acoustic ultrasound exposure.
The victims of Havana syndrome included White House staff, CIA officers, and FBI agents. According to Edgreen
