Effective communication is a crucial aspect of public health in the digital age. It requires expertise, skills, and resources to plan, implement, and evaluate interventions that can positively impact people’s lives. The goal of strategic communication is to motivate individuals to take actions that enhance their health and the health of their community, empower healthcare providers to deliver the best care possible, and encourage governments to implement policies that improve well-being.

The Regional Action Framework on Communication for Health (C4H) is designed to support Member States in utilizing the C4H approach. This framework provides guidance on how WHO and Member States can work together to leverage communication strategies for achieving common public health objectives in the Western Pacific region. By working together effectively, stakeholders can address health challenges and promote positive health outcomes for communities.
