In Mexico City, a group of employees from Grupo Multisistemas de Seguridad Industrial (GMSI) gathered to celebrate their achievements. Among them was María Lourdes Nájera Colín, who had won a house after 15 years of service with the company.

Nájera Colín’s daughter eagerly asked her if she had won the house, and although her mother remained silent, her emotional expression gave it away. After a shout of joy, Nájera Colín’s daughter jumped to her mother, exclaiming “Mom, you won the house!”

As an HDS CERI officer for GMSI in the Mexico state subsidiary, Nájera Colín was one of many employees who had received rewards from the company over the years. GMSI had been awarding 43 houses and three vehicles to its employees in 15 states across Mexico for 15 years as recognition for their hard work, loyalty, and dedication.

The company’s president, Alejandro Desfassiaux, emphasized that GMSI’s success was due to its well-trained human resources who continuously developed and trained to provide excellent security services. With over 40 years of experience in the private security sector, GMSI combined highly trained personnel, cutting-edge technology, and efficient action protocols to offer effective solutions to its clients.

One of the employees reflected on his 14 years with the company in Veracruz. Alberto Aburto Mendoza expressed surprise at how long he had stayed with GMSI and shared his joy at winning a house that would impact his family greatly. He appreciated the company’s recognition of his efforts and those of all its workers.

Another employee celebrated winning a new vehicle after 16 years with the company. Vicente Santiago from Mexico City shared how his rapid personal and professional growth within GMSI had led him to various positions and winning the vehicle brought him immense happiness when sharing it with his family.

The awards ceremony was attended by Senator Miguel Ángel Mancera and Eduardo Contró director of development and economic promotion of the Miguel Hidalgo mayor’s office. The event celebrated the dedication and success of GMSI employees while highlighting their commitment to rewarding and acknowledging their hard work.

In conclusion, this ceremony recognized not only Nájera Colín but also all other employees who have contributed significantly to GMSI’s success over the past decade or so.
