The AHA-certified treatment regimen implemented by Hanoi Heart Hospital aims to alleviate symptoms, reduce rehospitalization rates, and ultimately lower mortality rates for heart failure patients. The hospital’s heart failure patient management program, established in 2017, focuses on comprehensive care involving a team of medical professionals to monitor and support patients through their treatment journey.
