Boucard, a 6-foot-3 and 315-pound defensive lineman from Miami, is generating buzz in the world of high school football. Despite initially playing hockey in Montreal, Quebec, he transitioned to football and has since gained recognition as a highly sought-after recruit.

Following a successful junior season at Mobile Christian in Alabama, where he recorded 85 tackles and 27 behind the line of scrimmage with 11 sacks, Boucard’s profile has soared. Tom Loy of 247Sports and Scott Schrader of On3 have both predicted that he will commit to the USC football program. Although he has received offers from over 37 schools, including 12 SEC schools and six Big Ten options, Boucard remains particularly interested in Alabama, Florida, Florida State, Georgia, Miami, Oklahoma, and USC.

Recently awarded the defensive line MVP award at the Under Armour Next Football Camp Series, Boucard has further enhanced his reputation as a top prospect for the NFL draft. As a member of the No. 40 defensive lineman class in 2025 according to On3 rankings, Boucard plans official visits with Oklahoma, Oregon, and Alabama in the near future. The competition for these coveted visits has been fierce. For more NFL draft coverage, check out our USA TODAY Sports NFL Draft Hub and visit Fighting Irish Wire for more college football news.
