In this week’s episode of Unscripted with Dawn Mitchell, Dawn talks to Vikings Fullback CJ Ham. Hailing from Duluth, Ham has risen from being an undrafted free agent to a two-time Pro Bowler and team captain for the Vikings.
As he enters his 8th year in the NFL, all with the Vikings, Ham faces the challenge of adapting to a new offensive system under Kevin O’Connell. He discusses how he has adjusted to playing the fullback position and his appreciation for the team’s multidimensional offense.
Off the field, Ham is involved in various charity events. He hosts his own football camp in Sioux Falls and participates in Adam Thielen’s celebrity softball game. He also supports his family’s charity, the Ham Family Scholarship Fund.
