On May 16, The Woodlands Art Gallery & Studios hosted an opening reception for the “Vibrant Visions: The Abstract World of John Austin Stone” Art Show. Attendees had the chance to view the collection, meet the artist, and enjoy refreshments at the gallery located at 208 Nursery Rd. in The Woodlands, TX 77380. The Woodlands Art Gallery & Studios is a unique art gallery that offers original fine art from regional artists. Owner Emily Chiles Startz opened the gallery in December 2021 after moving to The Woodlands, Texas. She also has her art studio within the gallery where she creates abstracts, landscapes, and portraits. The gallery showcases art from featured artists, local artists on consignment, and works from art-loving neighbors. They also sell used books in the Reading Room.
The gallery’s operating hours are Tuesday – Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday from 10 a.m
