Everton is considering bringing back winger Jack Harrison on loan from Championship club Leeds this season, in addition to midfielder Kalvin Phillips. The move comes as Everton’s director of football, Kevin Thelwell, announced that players will be sold due to the club’s financial situation. Harrison played 35 games and scored four goals for Everton last season, making him an attractive option for a return. Phillips, on the other hand, has struggled to make an impact since moving from Leeds to Manchester City in 2022 and spent the second half of last season on loan at West Ham. Despite being part of the England squad that reached the 2020 European Championship final, Phillips fell out of favor under manager Gareth Southgate and did not make the cut for this summer’s tournament.
