The second annual Mental Health Movement 2K, 5K, and 10K events were held on a Saturday morning, with over 230 individuals taking part. The events began at the Northeast Michigan Community Mental Health Authority parking lot on Johnson Street in Alpena. Participants included both runners and walkers, with a particular focus on the 5K event hosted by NeMCMHA.

The event aimed to raise awareness about mental health and promote physical activity as a way to improve mental well-being.
