In DeRidder, the Beauregard Health System recently hosted the second annual Wellness Without Walls event. Community partners gathered at the War Memorial Civic Center to offer free food, drinks, and door prizes to the public. The purpose of this event was to reduce health disparities and bridge gaps within the community by providing health screenings and educational resources.
