DXC Technology has recently appointed Patrick Thompson as the senior vice president of enterprise transformation. In his new role, Thompson will report to DXC Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Jim Brady. With a wealth of experience in operational improvement and global business services integration, Thompson is well-suited for this position.

Thompson has a background in global enterprise business transformations, turnarounds, and integration execution. Throughout his career, he has played a key role in helping five companies achieve Fortune 500 status over the span of 25 years. His previous experience includes key roles at Amedisys and The Shaw Group, as well as serving as the executive advisory board chair member at Workboard Inc. Prior to joining DXC, Thompson held the position of chief information & digital transformation officer at Albemarle Corp., where he served as an executive global business service leader.

DXC President and CEO Raul Fernandez highlighted Thompson’s expertise as a global enterprise transformation leader with a unique blend of C-Suite leadership, technology knowledge, and proven experience in P&L transformation. Fernandez emphasized the importance of Thompson’s skills as the company focuses on operational improvement to drive growth. With Thompson on board, DXC is looking forward to the value he will bring to the organization.
