Charlotte, North Carolina firefighters were called to a three-alarm fire at a business in the southwest part of the city on Friday morning. The blaze was reported at the corner of Olympic and Carpet streets, near Nations Ford Road, at approximately 5:45 a.m. Fortunately, no injuries were reported as a result of the fire.

The cause of the fire is currently being investigated, but it’s not clear what started it. Firefighters from several departments were called in to help extinguish the flames, and they were able to bring the fire under control in about 50 minutes.

This incident comes not long after firefighters successfully extinguished a two-alarm fire at a restaurant in southwest Charlotte. It’s unclear what caused that fire either, but fortunately no one was hurt.
