Vicki Ray, a superfan of the Denver Nuggets, has filed a lawsuit against Kroenke Sports and Entertainment for being banned from games at Ball Arena. Ray, who has been holding season tickets for 32 years and has had the same seats for 25 years along the rail of the walkway the Nuggets use to take the court, believes that her ban is a deliberate attempt to resell her season tickets at a higher price due to increasing demand for Denver Nuggets tickets.

In her lawsuit, Ray asserts that her conduct has always complied with the NBA Fan Code of Conduct. She claims that her ban is a breach of contract and an intentional or reckless infliction of emotional distress. Additionally, Ray alleges violation of the Colorado Consumer Protection Act and breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing.
