The Sucre 2024 Bolivarian Youth Games saw Colombia emerge as the champions, with a total of 179 medals including 73 golds. Venezuela finished in second place, followed by Chile. The event attracted over 1,600 participants from seven countries and featured 24 sports and 27 disciplines.

Colombia stood out in the competition, winning gold medals in Archery, Squash, Boxing, Judo, Road Cycling, Artistic Gymnastics, Tennis, and Athletics. Venezuela and Chile also had impressive performances throughout the games.

The Wrestling competition concluded the Sucre 2024 Bolivarian Youth Games at the Aniceto Arce Ex Station at 6:30 p.m. (Bolivia time). This was followed by a Closing Ceremony that included traditional parades of delegations, performances by local artists, speeches from officials and artistic shows by Cumbaros, Esencia and Zona Pública.

Panam Sports congratulated ODEBO and President Baltazar Medina for organizing the successful youth sports festival and thanked the Bolivian people for their hospitality during the I Bolivarian Youth Games Sucre 2024.

The youth games showcased talented athletes from all participating countries who put on an impressive display of athletic prowess throughout the event.
