The Penn College Business Club recently organized Coffee & Conversation, a successful event that connected students in business and hospitality majors with employers offering internships and job opportunities. With the support of the Event Management & Coordination class, the students recruited 40 employers to participate in the event.

The day began with a campus tour for the employers, followed by a Q&A session for business students. In the Field House, employers set up information tables to interact with students. A mixer allowed students to network in a more relaxed setting, and the day concluded with an etiquette dinner sponsored by Horizon Federal Credit Union.

Ten students organized the event, working tirelessly to ensure its success. Student-athletes from the men’s basketball and wrestling teams, along with the Wildcat mascot, helped with setting up and moving supplies for the event. Overall, Coffee & Conversation provided valuable networking opportunities for both students and potential employers.
