Chenega Base & Logistics Services has been awarded a $110 million hybrid contract from the U.S. Army for base operations support services over a period of five years. The Department of Defense announced that the San Antonio, Texas-based company was chosen through an online solicitation led by the 413th Contracting Support Brigade, which received three proposals.

In addition to this recent contract, CBLS also won two Army contracts in 2023 totaling $220 million for base operations support services at Fort Wainwright in Fairbanks, Alaska and surrounding training areas. The work under these contracts is expected to continue through June 2028. CBLS offers various facility support, logistics services, and humanitarian support services, such as operations and maintenance, base operations, preventive maintenance services, logistics support services, and delivery of human services.
