On Tuesday, students at Tyner Academy had the chance to showcase their innovative creations built with machine learning technology as part of the six-week-long World Quantum Day observance. Twelve students from EPB’s Future Ready Institute of Technology and Networking at Tyner Academy presented their “Friendship Detectors,” which were created using cutting-edge machine learning technology.

EPB’s J. Ed Marston emphasized that their primary goal is to bridge the gap between Chattanooga’s technological advancements and the need for a skilled workforce to take on these jobs. He highlighted that this collaboration with Tyner Academy aims to provide children with the necessary technology skills needed for future job opportunities in the quantum industry.
