Chase Elliott won the race at Texas Motor Speedway on Sunday, ending a 42-race winless drought and securing his 19th career Cup win. The victory was a significant moment for Elliott, the sport’s most popular driver, who had not won since October. Brad Keselowski finished in second place, followed by William Byron, Tyler Reddick, and Daniel Suarez.

In addition to earning his first Cup victory since October 2022, Chase Elliott also moved up from sixth to fourth in the overall points standings thanks to his success on the track. Meanwhile, Kyle Larson maintained his position as the points leader after the Texas race.

The top ten finishers at Texas Motor Speedway included rookie Carson Hocevar, Bubba Wallace, Austin Dillon, and Kyle Busch. With this win under his belt, Elliott is now one of the favorites to win the championship this season.
