Cathay Pacific has recently upgraded its Premium Economy cabin experience on retrofitted Boeing 777-300ER aircraft. The new seats are equipped with leather headrests, customized seat cushions, privacy wings with a reading light, a 15.6-inch 4K ultra-high-definition screen, and Bluetooth audio streaming. Additionally, the seats feature storage solutions for personal devices.

The airline has also added touch-free features in the lavatories to minimize contact and mood lighting in all cabins to enhance the overall atmosphere. Vivian Lo, General Manager Customer Experience and Design at Cathay Pacific, highlighted the airline’s commitment to putting customers first by stating that they listen to their customers and strive to understand what is important to them in order to continuously improve the travel experience.

Lo emphasized that Cathay Pacific’s focus on enhancing the customer journey goes beyond just the inflight experience. The airline is dedicated to creating memorable wining and dining experiences, improving the award-winning inflight entertainment, and more. These efforts reflect Cathay Pacific’s goal of becoming one of the world’s greatest service brands and ultimately the best premium airline in the industry.
