Premature ejaculation is a common issue that can affect men of all ages. Mr. Minh, 27 years old, and Mr. Quoc, 45 years old, both sought medical assistance for their premature ejaculation problems. They were struggling with prolonged stress and its effects on their relationships, which added to their anxiety and unhappiness within their families.

Premature ejaculation can be caused by a variety of factors, including physical, pathological, and psychological issues. Stress, fatigue, erratic eating habits, and lack of exercise can also contribute to the condition. Additionally, other factors such as erectile dysfunction, endocrine disorders, and sexual habits can play a role in premature ejaculation.

Dr. Doan Ngoc Thien from the Department of Andrology at Tam Anh General Hospital stated that the department sees around 100 patients each month for infertility treatment, with a majority of them being between 25-60 years old. He emphasized the importance of addressing stress and anxiety in patients with premature ejaculation, as it can have serious effects on their mental and physical health.

Treatment for premature ejaculation varies depending on the individual case. Medications, exercises, and psychological support may all be part of the treatment plan. Dr. Thien advised patients to communicate openly with their partners as their support and understanding can significantly improve treatment outcomes.

Mr. Minh underwent treatment at the hospital which included medication and exercises to help prolong his ejaculation time while Mr. Quoc received similar treatment after seeking help due to frequent business trips causing suspicion from his wife about infidelity.

After two months of treatment they began to see improvements but it was important for them to continue with their exercises at home as instructed by the doctor.

In conclusion Premature ejaculation is a common issue that affects many men around the world but it’s treatable with proper diagnosis and management by healthcare professionals like Dr Thien from Tam Anh General Hospital who emphasizes on addressing stress
