Mexico City’s Bosque de Chapultepec is now home to Aztlan Urban Park, a new amusement park that has recently implemented Intercard cashless technology. This decision was part of a larger project by the city to revamp an older amusement park and replace it with Aztlan Urban Park, which will feature a total of 36 attractions once completed, all of which will be integrated with Intercard’s system.

Enrique Guerrero Bacab, IT manager for Aztlan Urban Park, expressed their satisfaction with choosing Intercard due to its reputation as a leading company in cashless systems for amusement parks and entertainment centers worldwide. The decision to partner with Intercard was made after an extensive search for software that met the park’s specific needs and requirements.

The installation of Intercard at Aztlan Urban Park includes 18 turnstiles, 10 POS systems, 12 games, and eight iTeller kiosks. This state-of-the-art technology will streamline access control and sales within the park to provide a seamless and efficient experience for visitors. With this innovative system in place, guests can enjoy the attractions without the hassle of carrying cash or tokens, making for a more convenient and enjoyable visit to the park.
