The EA Sports team has announced new information about College Football 25 this week, with a focus on how the game incorporates sights and sounds to create an authentic and immersive experience. Here are five key features that showcase the team’s efforts to capture the traditions, unique details, sights, and sounds from all 134 Division 1 Football Bowl Subdivision schools:

1. Authentic Gameday Experiences: To bring the spirit of college football games to life, EA Sports included authentic gameday experiences with crowd chants and team runouts. Examples like Clemson University’s run down The Hill and Notre Dame’s tradition of tapping the “Play Like a Champion Today” sign were highlighted. The team even went as far as building props and sets to accurately capture motion for these traditions using real people and stunt actors.

2. Unique Turnover Traditions: College Football 25 showcases unique turnover traditions from schools like Pitt, Oregon State, and Alabama, such as the turnover hoop, chainsaw, and ball out belt. These traditions can be seen briefly in the official reveal trailer for College Football 25.

3. Mascots: Mascots play a significant role in college football atmospheres, traditions, and spirit. The game will feature 50 mascots, including costumed mascots like Wake Forest’s Demon Deacon and real mascots like Texas’ Bevo and Georgia’s Uga.

4. Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) Deals: NIL deals have become increasingly popular in college football as athletes can now profit off their name image likeness without losing eligibility. EA Sports has incorporated these deals into College Football 25 by including licensed player names on jerseys and helmets.

5. Stadium Design: Finally, stadium design plays a crucial role in creating an immersive experience for players and fans alike. The game features some of the toughest stadiums in college football history based on various factors such as fan intensity and weather conditions
