Apple has recently overhauled its tablet lineup with a major update, the most comprehensive since 2018. The company surprised many by introducing its new M4 processor in the latest iPad Pro model, which is not yet integrated into any of its computers. Alongside the revamped high-end iPads, Apple also updated its Air model by introducing a 13-inch version, breaking away from the traditional size limitations previously seen in the Pro models of the company’s tablets.

During a pre-recorded online presentation at an event called Let Loose, Apple highlighted the professional video and sound editing capabilities of the new iPad Pro, positioning it as a powerful alternative to laptops. The M4 chip powering this device is up to 1.5 times faster than its predecessor and comes with dedicated processing engines for OLED screen and artificial intelligence tasks.

In addition to iPad Pro, Apple introduced updated versions of iPad Air equipped with M2 processor and available in 11 and 13-inch options. These models offer variations in storage capacity and connectivity options catering to different user preferences. The iPad Pro starts at €1,199 while iPad Air starts at €699 in Spain’s market.
