The anticipation surrounding the upcoming WNBA season is at an all-time high, especially with this year’s draft class promising to bring increased viewership to the league. The Dallas Wings are no exception, as they have lined up two star-studded matchups for their first games of the season.

The WNBA’s first overall draft pick, Iowa guard Caitlin Clark, will make her debut with the Indiana Fever in Arlington against the Dallas Wings in a preseason game that was originally scheduled for 11:30 a.m. However, due to popular demand, it has now been moved to prime time, with tip-off set for 7 p.m. on May 3 at College Park Center.

In addition to Clark, more college stars will be making their WNBA debut in Dallas. The Wings will kick off the regular season at home on May 15 at 7 p.m. against the Chicago Sky, who drafted LSU forward Angel Reese at No. 7. Tickets for individual games will go on sale at 10 a.m. on April 18 on the Dallas Wings’ website.

The game on May 3 will also feature programming focused on education and sportsmanship, with discounted tickets available for administrators and teachers interested in bringing their classes to the game by emailing tickets@dallaswings
