Hubbard-Hall Inc., a leading provider of plating solutions, has recently acquired Prosys Finishing Technology. As part of the acquisition, Hubbard-Hall has become a distributor of Pavco, a leading supplier of plating specialties. CEO Molly Kellogg stated that this acquisition is a game-changer for the company, praising Randy DiSano for his customer-centric approach and adding that Pavco’s innovative plating chemistry and tech service are highly valuable additions to their lineup.

Despite being a difficult decision to sell Prosys after 25 years, DiSano recognized the need for additional resources to continue growing.
