Jessie Guadalupe Montes, who runs American Vision Auto in Houston, is currently facing charges of theft aggregate and money laundering. According to court records, Montes collected money from multiple customers for work that was never performed or vehicles that he did not own. He allegedly misrepresented his ability to sell and provide classic vehicles, leading to losses totaling approximately $105,000 for the victims involved.

Montes has a history of theft charges in Fayette, Austin, and Waller Counties. Additionally, he currently has a pending case in Lake Charles, LA for similar actions. Authorities suspect that there may be additional victims who have not yet come forward.
