In 2025, a groundbreaking robot known as the Menteebot prototype will be released to the public. The robot has been designed with the integration of artificial intelligence at every level of its operation. This innovative approach known as Sim2Real utilizes machine learning algorithms in a simulated environment before adapting to real-world scenarios with minimal data requirements.

The Menteebot is equipped with algorithms based on NeRF technology that enable it to map its surroundings in real-time. These cognitive maps allow for efficient navigation and obstacle avoidance, making the robot an excellent tool for various tasks such as logistics and search and rescue missions. Additionally, the robot’s large transformation-based language models allow it to interpret commands and coordinate complex tasks that require both leg movement and manual work. The end-to-end action demonstrated by the robot includes responding to verbal commands, navigating through environments, identifying objects, and completing tasks using natural language understanding.

Professor Amnon Shashua, founder and chairman of the company behind Menteebot, highlights how this development represents a convergence of various technologies in AI that enable robots to navigate human environments and perform a wide range of tasks. This innovation has enormous potential to revolutionize the way robots interact with humans in various settings.
