AES Clean Technology, a US-based cleanroom design and build expert, has announced the launch of its latest innovation, the CleanLock Module. This airlock solution is designed to improve cleanliness, speed, and efficiency in cleanroom project execution by providing a secure transition for people and materials entering and exiting cleanroom environments.

The CleanLock Module features an innovative 3-dimensional design that modularizes the coordinated segments of any cleanroom project, making installation faster and more efficient. The airlock is engineered to minimize the risk of contamination in cleanroom environments by incorporating AES’ proprietary cleanroom finishes, patented lighting, predictable airflow patterns, and advanced door controls.

Key features of the CleanLock Module include a PVC-faced walkable ceiling with patented linear LED lighting, integral flush-mounted doors with factory-tested interlocking controls, an integrated HEPA filter for supply air delivery, and PVC-faced modular walls with PVC coving and welded seams.

Grant Merrill, Chief Commercial Officer of AES Clean Technology expressed his excitement about the launch of the CleanLock Module stating that it sets a new standard for contamination control and efficiency in design and construction execution. He highlighted its importance in maintaining ultra-clean environments in industries like pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and medical device manufacturing.
