Henry Woodruff, managing director of EPIQ Capital Group, shared his experience of helping establish the company in 2018. Being part of the founding team and building a company from scratch was challenging but rewarding for Woodruff. Despite facing intense days and challenging weeks, he found the journey enriching and educational. Looking back after a year, Woodruff saw progress and was motivated to continue growing his momentum with his team.
