Rams Performance Camps are designed to cater to all positions and skill levels, with former NFL and All-American collegiate athletes and coaches leading each non-contact camp. The camps will emphasize the transferable life skills gained through playing football and how those skills can translate to great habits in the classroom.

The coed football camps will focus on teaching basic football concepts, advanced positional skill development, and football education, while also promoting character development through a competitive mindset. The camps will be led by NFL veterans and collegiate athletes who have experience in playing at the highest level of competition. They will provide attendees with valuable insights into what it takes to succeed in the sport both on and off the field.

Additionally, the Rams Cheerleaders will be leading a coed cheerleading camp that welcomes participants of all experience levels. The camp’s focus is on building self-esteem to prepare attendees for center-stage performances, offering valuable skills that can be applied on the field and in the classroom. The campers will learn the fundamentals of dance, basic sideline choreography, and how to achieve a star-studded stage presence.

Each camp will include lunch from Rams partner Carl’s Jr., giveaways, a live DJ, photo opportunities with the Super Bowl LVI Trophy, an orientation for parents/guardians in support of the NFL’s Play Football “Get in the Game” initiative, as well as appearances from Rams Legends and mascot Rampage. Each camp is open to 400 attendees who will receive a branded t-shirt upon registration.

Registration is now open for the Rams Performance Camps at therams.com/performance-camps. The camps will take place on various dates in June at four different locations: Cerritos High School, Grossmont High School, Birmingham High School, and Chino Hills High School. Each camp will run from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m PT with a registration fee of $100 for each camp
