A 26-year-old man from Halletsville, Texas was arrested by Biloxi Police Department officials after being caught stealing items from a business in the 100 block of Rue Magnolia. Ryan Chase Diamco claimed permission to be on the premises, but left after being confronted by employees. Video surveillance revealed him taking multiple items without permission.

Later that day, Diamco returned to the business, prompting employees to contact law enforcement. He was arrested without incident and charged with commercial burglary. Currently, he is being held at the Harrison County Adult Detention Center on a $20,000 bond.
