Riley Herbst secured his third career Xfinity pole at Dover Motor Speedway on Friday with a lap of 156.781 mph, marking his 10th career series pole. Brandon Jones joined him on the front row with a lap of 156.863 mph, which was his third career Xfinity pole as well.

Herbst had an impressive finish last week at Talladega and is competing for the $100,000 Dash 4 Cash bonus. However, he expressed frustration after qualifying, questioning the rules of passing during the race. Justin Allgaier qualified in third place with 156.672 mph, followed by Austin Hill in fourth with 156.060 mph. Sheldon Creed secured fifth place at 155.851 mph, and Kyle Weatherman achieved a career-best sixth place at 155.689 mph.

Other drivers competing for the Dash 4 Cash bonus include Jesse Love, Ryan Sieg, and Anthony Alfredo. The Xfinity race is set to begin at 1:47 p.m. on Saturday on FS1. This race at Dover marks the 78th time Xfinity teams have competed at this venue.
