In a major partnership, WWE and Indiana Sports Corp have teamed up to bring three of the sports entertainment company’s biggest stadium events, Royal Rumble, SummerSlam, and WrestleMania, to Indianapolis. The Royal Rumble will kick off on February 1, 2025, at Lucas Oil Stadium, with SummerSlam and WrestleMania set to follow in the coming years as two-night events.

The partnership is a significant collaboration that will have a major economic impact on the city. WWE estimates that the three events combined will have an economic impact of over $300 million. Additionally, WWE will be hosting television shows Raw, Smackdown and NXT as well as live events at arenas in cities like Indianapolis, Fort Wayne and Evansville throughout the partnership.

Indiana Sports Corp has been around since 1979 and has a long history of hosting national and international sporting events. With over 500 events under their belt including hosting Super Bowl XLVI, the College Football Playoff National Championship and various NCAA Final Fours they have brought in more than $4 billion in direct spending to the community. Patrick Talty, president of Indiana Sports Corp expressed excitement about the new partnership with WWE and the opportunities it brings for enhancing the city’s sports strategy and attracting visitors.
