Walter Russell Mead is a distinguished fellow in Technique and Statesmanship at Hudson Institute. He holds the place of the World View Columnist at The Wall Avenue Journal and can also be the James Clarke Chace Professor of International Affairs and Humanities at Bard School in New York.
