On Tuesday, Wisconsin’s football program received a commitment from Wilnerson Telemaque, a three-star defensive lineman in the class of 2025. Telemaque chose the Badgers over Georgia Tech and West Virginia, making him the 20th commitment for Wisconsin in the 2025 class. The class is currently ranked towards the top nationally.

Ranked by 247Sports as the No. 718 player in the class of 2025, Telemaque is also the No. 74 defensive lineman and the No. 95 recruit from Florida. After visiting Wisconsin on June 7, Telemaque’s commitment solidified the success of the Badgers’ official visits program. Despite visits to West Virginia and Georgia Tech, Telemaque ultimately chose Wisconsin.

Telemaque’s commitment marks the ninth addition to Wisconsin’s 2025 class since the beginning of June. The Badgers are still pursuing top targets in this class, which currently ranks No. 13 in the nation and No. 5 in the Big Ten. With top recruits like four-star OT Logan Powell, LB Mason Posa, WR Eugene Hilton Jr., and now Telemaque, Wisconsin’s class is shaping up to be quite impressive.

As coach Luke Fickell continues to lead his team through their recruitment efforts, they are expected to grow even stronger with each addition to their roster for the upcoming season.
