The Wisconsin men’s basketball program has announced the jersey numbers for each player ahead of the 2024-25 season. The team is welcoming six new players to campus this fall after experiencing significant changes in its roster during the offseason.

Head coach Greg Gard and his staff have brought in three top transfers: Camren Hunter from Central Arkansas, John Tonje from Missouri, and Xavier Amos from Northern Illinois. These players will help fill the gaps left by the departures of star players AJ Storr, Chucky Hepburn, and Connor Essegian, who transferred to other schools.

Amos, known for his scoring and shooting ability, will wear No. 13 for Wisconsin. Tonje, a former standout at Colorado State, will wear No. 9. Hunter, who averaged 16.9 points, 5 rebounds, and 3.9 assists per game in his sophomore season at Central Arkansas University, will wear No. 3 for Wisconsin previously worn by Essegian
