AC Milan is considering signing French midfielder Adrien Rabiot as their next addition, despite his high wage demands. The club has made an enquiry with Rabiot’s entourage since his contract with Juventus is ending and they are in need of another midfielder.

Rabiot is available on a free transfer and Milan is considering meeting his wage demands. However, the Frenchman’s minimum wage demand of €7.5m net per season is beyond what Milan is willing to pay. Juventus has offered a three-year contract renewal at €7m net per season, putting Milan in a tough position to compete.

Milan could consider using bonuses or offering a longer contract to Rabiot in order to match or exceed Juventus’ offer. However, there is competition from Premier League clubs who are also interested in signing the midfielder. Despite the financial constraints, Milan remains cautious but hopeful about the prospect of securing Rabiot for their squad.
