Notre Dame football is still actively recruiting players for its 2025 class, with the potential for a few more prospects to join the roster. One player who may be making a commitment soon is JaDon Blair, a 6-foot, 4-inch, 190-pound safety from North Carolina. His father announced on social media that Blair will make his decision on July 5th, with Michigan, Virginia Tech, South Carolina, Florida State, Penn State, Louisville, and Notre Dame all in the running.

Blair is considered the nation’s No. 158 overall prospect and the 13th ranked safety according to the 247Sports Composite Rankings. Most predictions point to him choosing Notre Dame, as he currently has 5 Crystal Ball picks in the Irish’s favor. While Notre Dame already has commitments from Ivan Taylor, Anthony Sacca, and Ethan Long at the safety position, there is still room for one more player in the class, and Blair could be the final addition the team is looking for.
