Navy veteran Shawn Riggs’ Bicycle City was honored at the West Tennessee Veterans Coalition’s meeting this morning. Located in northwest Jackson, the store provides a range of services for bicycles, wheelchairs, scooters and more. In addition to these services, they also sell popular brands such as Haro, Masi, Felt and many others.
Riggs purchased the store in 2017, which originally started in 1972. He mentioned that e-bikes are selling particularly well and are as popular as regular bicycles. The West Tennessee Veterans Coalition aims to promote and support veteran-owned businesses in the region. They encourage residents of West Tennessee to show their support for these businesses.
