Linian Song, the owner of a local wellness spa in Rochester, is facing federal charges for allegedly operating a prostitution business across Western New York. According to reports, Song used S Wellness Spa in Rochester and New Elegant Shiatsu in Lockport for commercial sex acts and promoted the services online. Customers who were stopped by investigators claimed they paid for massages but received sexual acts performed by spa employees.

Song was arrested during an FBI raid at the Lockport spa and is now facing charges of knowingly using a facility in interstate commerce with the intent to manage a prostitution business. The criminal complaint was filed in Buffalo federal court on Monday. The investigation into Song and his businesses has led to his arrest and federal charges regarding operating a prostitution business using the wellness spas in Rochester and Lockport. Allegations include the use of Backpage-type websites to advertise services and provide commercial sex acts to customers.

The case against Song is ongoing, with federal charges having been filed in Buffalo federal court. Customers have reported paying for massages but receiving sexual acts from spa employees, prompting investigations into the operations of these businesses. As such, it remains to be seen what consequences will come from these allegations against Song and his companies.
