On Thursday, May 23, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., multiple Volusia County government divisions will participate in a job fair with the Florida Department of Health and Flagler-Volusia CareerSource. The featured jobs at the job fair include positions for paramedics and EMTs, corrections officers, bus drivers, and lifeguards.

Representatives from each department will be available to discuss various job responsibilities and provide information on available positions. Current and former county employees in these positions will also be present to share their firsthand experiences with potential applicants. Additionally, representatives from the county’s Human Resources Department will be on hand to discuss benefits, provide information on how to apply for positions, and even help with applying for jobs on-site.

The job fair will take place at the Florida Department of Health in Daytona Beach.
